Our MD Dr. Bibekananada Pradhan has always been academically ambitious. He did his PhD in Chemistry and joined Raiganj University College as a lecturer of Inorganic Chemistry in 1977. Eventually he moved on to an administrative profile , when he joined Kaliyagnaj College as the Principal. He devoted his last lap of service life of nearly twelve years, to the West Bengal School Service Commission. He was named Chairman of the Northern Region since its inception in November, 1997 . It was a challenging job to build up the new administration from scratch. He did it commendably and with utmost honesty and integrity.

Post retirement, Dr. Pradhan commited himself into setting up a Primary School for the children of financially weaker sections of the society by forming a Trustee board. Along with academic interest, he had always a mind for small scale industry and entrepreneurship. Inspired with Walter A. Shewhart’s cycle of ‘Plan, do, check, act’ in total quality management programs that shaped his administrations as well, he has been keen to process improvements. With a vision to be a part of the industrial transformation towards automation and digitization, he started to shape up infoA along with the help of Mrs. S. Banerjee and Mrs. P. Maity. His vision was realized when the company was registered the very next year. He remains to be an inspiring role model for each member of the infoA family. As a true leader, he leads from the front, and paves the way for a brighter future ahead for infoA.
